This Privacy Policy explains how Island Pitch ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use IP Bot and related sites and tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name and email used to create and authenticate your account (via Amazon Cognito).
  • Lead & contact information — details you submit through our forms (e.g. beta requests, the Parley), managed in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Connected-account data — when you link Instagram, Facebook, HubSpot, WordPress, YouTube, Google, and similar services via OAuth, we access only the scopes you authorize to run the automations you request.
  • Content you create — drafts, brand voice, knowledge assets, and automation configurations.
  • Usage & device data — product analytics and error diagnostics (via PostHog) to improve the Service.
  • Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service and run the automations ("Powers") you request.
  • To authenticate you and meter usage ("Winds").
  • To respond to you, provide support, and send service-related communications.
  • To improve the Service and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not train public AI models on your private content.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), CRM (HubSpot), analytics (PostHog), payments (Stripe), and the platforms you connect (e.g. Meta/Instagram, WordPress, YouTube, Google, ElevenLabs) to perform the actions you request. We may also disclose information to comply with law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for any period required by law or legitimate business needs. You may request deletion as described below.

Your rights & choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Disconnect linked accounts at any time, which revokes our access to that platform.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page. Depending on your location, additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA) may apply.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
